Mizu Japanese Cuisine

Food was excellent, services good but atmosphere was fairly mediocre. They don't close to 10:00 I went in at 9:20 and they wouldn't serve me in the restaurant. They wanted me to take my food to go. Other than that, though the food was very good.

The wait time was over 30 minutes. I’ld not recommend this place. Replying to owners response: The pick up time was 7:14 pm as per the app. I waited an eternity, just like other drivers did. We don’t drive all the way to cancel the order. It’s easy for you to say so because you can only see your aspect. When you make drivers wait over 30 minutes, at least remove your bathroom sign so they can use it. As much as you care your rating, so do we. The customer was expecting the order at 7:30 pm when the order was actually still being prepared. I had to call and update her. Instead of offering an apology, you are trying to defend your failure and lack of communication. Good luck madam, but this attitude will definitely not attract you customers. You’re rude and lack professionalism. In that 30 minutes of wait, you didn’t even care to update once. And you go on to report the driver to Uber for your incompetency to have the order ready. Lol funny!

First timer here and thought it was fantastic. The sushi rolls are really well constructed so that they do not fall apart. The broth on the ramen was on point, and the pork belly in the soup was flavorful without being too fatty. My only negative on food was that the edamame was super salty, although still edible. Service is quick. The seating in the back is cozy but can still fit a 6-8 person group. I highly recommend you give this one a try!
