I was first in line when I order the halo halo, and there were 2 other custome behind me, so I was in a rush to go to my appointment .. so I didn't want to order more.. but it took me 15 min to get my order, the other 2 customer behind me they got their order first before me,.. its fascinating.. they served me last because other customer ordered more than me?
I was lookinh forward to having kwek kwek today but was disappointed. Not freshly cooked and they didn’t even take time to heat it up enough. The egg itself was still cold! I hope the owner gets to read the reviews posted here on google. I don’t mind paying more for something good but this is just not worth the money!
As much as I wanted to support Pinoy businesses small or big, it's frustrating that we were looking forward to trying their empanadas but ended up cancelling the whole thing because they didn't have one item. They couldn't just cancel that one instead and not the whole order. I wanted to re-order from the store directly but was disappointed already. Please don't include your business on Uber if you can't fulfill it! I'm pretty sure the Uber driver who came to pick it up was also disappointed.
Good wonton noodle soup for $13. Pretty big portion and the broth was good. The quality is there and it is nice having something different in the mall.
Portion is too small for its high price. And food is not freshly cooked. For people who are craving for filipino taste, this is quite disappointing. We gave it a second chance but still didnt meet up our expectations. They need to improve their menu, or better yet stay authentic and fresh like the other foodcourt pinoy food that we tried.
Food is not good. Halo halo is super bland, didn't even eat half of it. I was so excited to try the empanadas but they're not good and didn't taste fresh.
They are very polite but the service is very slow. Took 20 mins just to prepare two items. There were a long line up of customers waiting for their food.
Was excited to see Kwek Kwek. But the price is so high (4 pieces for $8) and they were not fresh sadly. Tried one of each of the empanadas, these were good but again such a high price tag for small portions. They should market the empanadas similar to a samosa house where a dozen are a reasonable price and made fresh. Something you could bring to a party or get together.
The food portion determines whether the business is good or bad.
Food was no good, but can be better...concept is great! It's a Filipino food and I love it. I think they just need more experience and level up the food and service. Goodluck!!
