MIXT

This place has a wide selection of salads and other healthy options. The fried cauliflower is easily one of the best cooked vegetable I’ve EVER had. The crispiness of the florets and the sriracha ranch dipping sauce, are a match made in heaven. Portion sizes of the salads are also extremely filling.

UPDATE Mixt had greatly improved its quality control. While I still get the occasional mixup, I no longer go in wondering if I'll actually get what I ordered. The quality of ingredients has remained high, and one salad is the right portion enough for a full meal. Also their carrot ginger turmeric drink is bomb. 2022 I used to LOVE Mixt, and it pains me to give a poor review to a B-Corp. But over the past year or so Mixt has turned into an imitation of its former self. More often than not my order is messed up - missing ingredients, or dressing mixed in instead when I ordered it on the side (ruining more than one lunch-for-tomorrow). The portion sizes have also crept down, especially with the new takeout container, while prices have stayed on the high side at ~$16. I really want Mixt to return to its former glory. I like what it stands for and how it operates. But right now the product is consistently disappointing. I hope they can turn it around.

Not sure why Google is calling it "Mixt" The restaurant I went to was called "PARCHE" and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was beyond description excellent, the service spotless and the atmosphere delightful.
