Mitchell's Steakhouse

Everything aside from our server was awful! The drinks weren’t good but that wasn’t what I was there for necessarily so I stayed the course. We ordered “jumbo” shrimp cocktail that was the furthest thing from jumbo. Think a smidge bigger than Kroger. The texture of the shrimp was like gummy cheese. I’m assuming the dry ice did that. Yuck! Then the steak….my husband and I ordered the same cut cooked the same way. His was medium rare and not awful. Mine was rare and so flavorless. It looked like they heated it up in a nonstick skillet and tossed it on a plate. I could have gotten a better steak at Ponderosa. The mashed potatoes were so bland and dry they were crumbled. The Mac and cheese was pasty. The only thing good was the Caesar salad and the meatballs were decent. I left feeling soo disappointed and $350 poorer. I couldn’t even eat the left overs. I honestly don’t know why anyone would return there. Hands down the worst dinner I’ve ever paid for. If you want a delicious flavorful steak then avoid going to the Polaris location if not all.

As always, we enjoyed our fancy dinner with delicious food and best service. Morgan took care of us in the best way possible. Highly recommend this restaurant, definitely we'll be back soon. Thank you!

My husband’s eye of the ribeye came out overcooked, he asked for medium rare and got it medium well and burnt on one side. One of my steak tenderloins in the duet was way underrcooked, I asked for medium well and got rare but only on one of the two 4 ounce pieces. They took mine back and heated it up and brought it back, still undercooked. Waiter came out and said he’d have the manager come out and the manager never came and then said dessert would be on them and then charged us for it.

The waiter Brandon was the best waiter I have ever had. He went above and beyond. My son and I got the Mac and cheese, and they were both slightly warm, and my brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp. They did make me some more brussels, and they were a lot better.

Great all around! Went for a company party had an amazing area all to ourselves. Service was impeccable! Enjoyed the atmosphere, our waitress(sry don’t remember her name) I guess that shows how good of a time we had! lol. Highly recommended! If you’re in the Polaris area! Mitchell’s is the place to go!
