Miss Toya’s Creole House

Very over priced! Some dishes are better than others, slow service, good drinks. The only dishes I would recommend are the voodoo shrimp, spinach and crab dip and the calamari. The seafood fried rice awful! The rice isn't fried it was overcooked. Overall I had high hopes for this place but left very underwhelmed

We had a phenomenal experience. We celebrated 3 birthdays, in a party of 16. Our server did an excellent job. Our food was amazing a majority of us ordered the eggs and tomatoes as appetizer they enjoyed it. I had the Charboiled Oysters they were pretty good. Majority of our party ordered the lamb and the consensus is the lobster mashed potatoes is the best side. The portions are great. My only request is add more high chairs. I don’t understand why restaurants act like families aren’t a great revenue contributor. Other than that we will return again soon.

We had Brunch at Miss Toya’s in Silver Spring for the first time and the food was so good as well as the service. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Our waitress was Mariama she gave suggestions and was attentive and patient with our questions. The food came out fast and was hot. They worked as a team to make it all flow. The music and decor were definite highlights as well. We can’t wait to go back to try more selections on the menu. Definitely recommend you go see for yourself.

Food was cold and tasteless I would not recommend this place to nobody

It was my first time going. The customer service was amazing. The staff was very kind, informative, and offered to let us sit at the bar until our table was ready. The waitress was quick, funny and expedient. She listened to our concerns and paid close attention. I ordered the chicken and waffles which were very well done. 10/10 recommended

Experience at this creole restaurant was o.k. Made an early reservation to avoid busier times. Tried out a couple of signature drinks. The food was undeniably delicious, offering a tantalizing array of dishes bursting with flavor, the overall dining experience was somewhat marred by inconsistent service. Although the service charge was included, the staff seemed inattentive and slow to respond to our needs, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Despite this drawback, the quality of the food itself was enough to leave a positive impression, making it a worthwhile dining destination for those craving creole cuisine.
