I was not satisfied with the ramen that they offered and complained to the server. I ended up ordering something else to eat, and requested a discount for the new order. The manager refused to give me any discount and told me I should get a refund from Uber Eates.
Currently here stopped by to get dinner with my family of 5 after being here for over 30 minutes this is the tiny portion they bring us ?? Absolutely will not be returning and I don’t recommend this place at all very mediocre service not to mention it’s slow and no one else is here . 1/10 go to 9292 or any other Korean bbq this is not good not traditional Small portions and terrible service
Not happy spending over 200$ on all you can eat and not getting any meat or banchan you will constantly have to ask for water , rice, sauce napkin anything Not type of common courtesy for their guests . Restaurant is empty and service is the slowest and missing everything Go elsewhere or be disappointed
Came here for lunch on my birthday. The food was good but the customer service needs a lot of work. The wait staff barely spoke to us and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink and we weren’t given any water. How are you supposed to enjoy a meal without a drink? Even though the food was good, I won’t be back due to the unwelcoming atmosphere. I was really disappointed.
Not as good as other Korean BBQ restaurants. The cooked beef was served lukewarm, almost cold and the server was dry and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. On one of the coldest days of the year, the restaurant had no heat on at all. Was not impressed and do not recommend. I was in the area and stopped here for lunch based on the reviews and was sadly disappointed.
