Mis Moles Restaurant

De tantos intentos para encontrar un mole rico en Chicago con muy buen sabor, por fin lo encontramos. Recién llegando nos dieron a probar los 3 moles en especialidad: mole rojo, mole pipian y mole verde. Terminamos pidiendo mole rojo por un gusto personal y el mole verde que me encantó en las enchiladas con pollo. Las tortillas de harina y maíz recién echas y con un sabor muy auténtico. Cabe recalcar que la presentación del mole rojo resaltaba las raíces de nuestra cultura. Definitivamente recomiendo mucho este lugar y estaremos visitándolos más a menudo para seguir probando otros platillos.

Excellent food!

Fantastic food and good service. They served us chips with many homemade dips while we waited for our food. The meat was grilled just right. The only note is that I would have liked a little more onion and cilantro with the food but this place is still a very solid 5.

Very kind server, Al pastor tacos were a little bit overcooked for my taste. Mole was good, portions are big. Horchata was really good. Overall it was a good place if you’re around but I wouldn’t go out of my way to re-visit.

What I order was cold, the beans were bland. The enchiladas lack sauce. Had a very small piece of steak. Honestly, it’s not worth what you’re paying. The horchata water was full of blended rice. Last time I come here.

Very good mole and reasonable prices.

One of the best moles in Chicago, it genuinely tastes like the ones your mom make at home. Also the churro dessert was good as well
