Miro Tea

I LOVE Miro tea. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. As you can probably tell from my photos, they also have pastries from Seattle bakeries. The pots of tea are nice because they will give you more hot water if you run out. I like the feeling and look of their mugs. It gets really busy during the weekends so if you want a more pleasant experience I would go during the week (I have to work so I don’t go during the week but I assume it’s less busy?) or right when it opens weekend mornings. I also like that it’s open a bit later than most tea or coffee shops. It was one of the very first places I went to when I moved to Seattle (and was feeling very scared and unsettled). It made me happy to be here.

I have tried Their sleep blends they are expensive and are not of good quality. Edit 1: I bought a chamomile, lavender and (couple more) blend. There was a lot of husk rather than the flowers

In my opinion, it is one of the best tea spots in Seattle.

I love everything about Miro! The ambiance, the high end quality of tea and the wide range of beverages on the menu. My favorite is the Hojicha latte. Currently off the menu but they always go above and beyond to make for me every visit with a cute latte art Thank you!

Customer service is trash. I’d avoid using their website at all cost. I purchased a gift card for a friend’s birthday and online you have the option for digital or physical. I chose digital. When I went to my account to look for the card it had said that my payment status went through “Paid” but fulfillment status “unfulfilled.” I called to get this fixed but was told they’d pass my issue to the manager to call me back. No call back. I call again and the employee on the phone says the same thing. I call another time after deciding I just want a refund and the employee says “we’re super slammed at the moment so I won’t be able to refund you until til tomorrow.” Your store has accepted my money, I’m a customer like any other, in fact since you already took my money I should have been given the same attention to my case as an in-person customer, if not more than those in line that haven’t even paid yet! I’m still waiting for my situation to be fixed.

First time at Miro was a fantastic experience. I've never before had a pink Chai which is made from a green tea base and OMG was it delicious. Staff were very nice and the space was super inviting. I could've hung out there all day!
