These rooms make a longish layover soo much better. Some of the lounge cards have relationships to offset the cost. I would totally do it again just for the ability to recharge, relax, and stretch out. The lady up front (forgot her name) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Stayed for a couple hours, ate, rested while watching some youtubes. Was perfect.
Not even worth it. Don’t spend the money. Waited in line and got told to wait some more.
Nothing like your own little private terminal! Staff was very friendly and the quiet and cool environment is a must. Got this with Priority Pass. The Apple TV was a great +
Complete rip off. I did not sleep for the past 2 days and 48/hr seems excessive to a college student. Man disturbed me whilst I was sleeping and telling me my time was up when he should be more considerate about my sleep hygiene rather than the money. Wouldn’t recommend!
Garbage establishment. Walked all the way across the whole airport just to be told that they have no rooms available and wouldn’t have and for over an hour. Don’t waste your time
We need to crash overnight at ATL and did not want to leave the terminal. These a great idea to let people rent a small suite, but it is need of some repairs and the staff to be more helpful. Our A/C did not work and they basically told us there was nothing they could do. No rerfund, no different room. We pushed after they eventually did get us a new room and a fan. The bed/couch is hard. I really wanted to say it was a good experience but it was not. And at $200 for 8hrs It is not worth it either.
Stranded in ATL... got some rest and my departure gate was right next door. So glad I didnt have to leave the airport and go through security again the next morning.
Reserved a spot for one hour, came back and they never entered my info, though they scanned my card. They took responsibility but absolutely nothing they could do since it was full. Very disappointing experience for minute suits concourse D in Nashville.
Nice, quiet, clean and friendly staff.
