Minute Suites ATL - B16

Woken up multiple times by construction noises in in the middle of the night

Tried to visit it many times and have always been told they're full and the wait would be longer than my connection. This morning I was stuck in Atl for 5 hours and didn't have enough time to get to a hotel. Waited at the lounge by B16 and no one was there. I called another minute suite in atl and I was told the power is out in B and that's why no one was working there. About an hour later someone showed up and I asked about booking a room and was told the system was down and he couldn't do anything for 3.5 hours (he didn't even look up from his phone.) My coworker booked a room 45 minutes later. Terrible service. No empathy for people that are stuck in the airport, tired, jet lagged and have no other options.

Checked in for an over night, the power in my room went out, So no charging of phones. The power was out in just the minute suites, the rest of the airport was fine. With that there are bright floodlights in the room that beam down right in your face all night. I got zero sleep for my 5 hr overnight layover. I would never stay here ever again. Worth it to just leave the airport. Rooms: Garbage. Uncomfortable leather sofa, does not pull into bed, and gave me a wet blanket. Safety: Not safe they don’t give you a key. They have people behind the desk but not all the time. Walkability: Only good thing is it was close to my flight

It is horrible experience. The receptionist was very bad annoyed, she looks like do anything, gave me wrong information, did very poor attitude. Please change her !!

A/C didn't work, I set the temperature from 70 to 67 and it only went up the whole night and ended up at 77. The room is small with no trash can. Also the premium price you pay for staying is not worth it. I would have rather slept in the airport than ever rent another room here. Noteworthy details: A/C didn't work.

All night the alarm did not stop announcing alerts and with the lights flashing, I went out to ask the staff and they told me that there was no problem and I could not rest at all because the alerts kept ringing at high volume. It was a very bad experience because I ended up more tired, I do not recommend it because of the high price, false alarms and too small place.

This was the kind of service you receive before we could even get inside. Noteworthy details: Never saw inside because of rude receptionist that wouldn’t share his name.
