Must try this place as a dine in experience! Dining in was a wonderful experience! The service was personal and knowledgeable and friendly! Clean and beautiful! The best crab Rangoons I've ever eaten! My dinner was an amazing flavor experience!

This place is great and deserves more business than it gets! We dined in the restaurant, tried the fried rainbow rice (A Sein Kyaw) entrée and the fried Tofu appetizer (Tohu Jaw). Absolutely amazing! The waitress answered all of my questions and even came back with more answers than she had before! They made all requested adjustments with no problem and even surprised me with an adjustment she thought they couldn't make. Go here, it's simply wonderful.

Tried a new to us place MinGaLaBar Burmese restaurant in urbandale. The lady at the counter I'm assuming the owner was so nice,informative, and friendly!! We got our orders to go and live about 30 minutes away but they were still good and warm when we got them home! I got the Kat Kyi kaik and he got the khauk swe jaw. I got mild but next time I'll do medium spice and I asked for no squid so she substituted Shrimp for me and I added chicken. He got chicken and shrimp in his and medium spice. Both dishes were delicious and packed full of meat and veggies. Loaded wth cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, red and yellow peppers, Broccoli, Cauliflower and just oh so good!! So much food we both had leftovers. We'll definitely be back and next time eat in.

My first time having Burmese food, it definitely won't be the last!

i got takeout! i ordered Kat Kyi Kaik and it is so yummy. i can’t wait to try more dishes! Dietary restrictions: i’m pescatarian and they had many good options for me i don’t usually see on menus. Parking: a huge amount of parking available

Finally found the time to eat here after driving by for months. Man, what a mistake it was waiting so long. It was reasonably priced, great service, nice atmosphere, and absolutely delicious.
