Mimosa

We haven't been to Mimosa in several years, frankly because it wasn't very good but decided to give it another try. What a difference: a larger menu, excellent service, and the food was wonderful. My wife had spring rolls and Bume Noodle dry with tofu. I had pork egg rolls, a cup of hot and sour soup (ample; no need to order a bowl), and the Spiderman sushi roll. The soup was rich and flavorful, and the roll was delicious. I also had the vanilla bean cheesecake. And large cups of dark tea. We'll definitely be back soon. 2/2/2024: Returned to Mimosa for dinner. Were seated quickly. I had a bowl of hot and sour soup and a California roll. The soup was richer and more flavorful than previously. I finished off with the vanilla bean cheesecake. My wife had a bowl of vegetable soup and spring rolls, also delicious. Our server, Lala, was really nice and efficient. However, the restaurant was busy and very noisy, making it hard to carry on a conversation easily at our table. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options in the various categories: soup, rolls, etc.

The service was very good and the food was average.

This is a favorite. It's consistent, clean, and food is always fantastic!
