Am eating low carb but was able to find a big selection. Had the bacon, mushroom and brie omelette, replaced the potatoes with berries. Sorry no photo. Great service!
So the employees are great and the service is great but where I wasn’t happy was the food taste. I got a loaded French dip and it was very visually appealing but then lost its luster when I took a bite. It had no seasoning and was very bland tasting. The French fries as well were very bland with no seasoning parsley is only a decoration not for flavor. My spouse got a burger and I asked for a bite and could immediately tell the patty was frozen and not made fresh. Lastly my daughter got French toast and told me it tasted weird as soon as I tasted it I was overwhelmed by the taste of nutmeg it was very unappetizing to me. The staff is great but your food really needs some major changes to make it more appealing. We won’t be back until some changes happen with the recipes because for the price you pay you should get much better flavor and quality.
I made a reservation for 1 PM on Sunday. When we arrived, we were informed that they were not honoring reservations at that time because of an internet issue, and the wait time was at least 20 minutes. We were very disappointed and went somewhere else.
I usually like this place but today we came as a group, the cinnamon roll pancakes had no frosting or cinnamon, the meatloaf was dry, hard, and black, the mashed potatoes seemed like box potatoes, the crepes had strawberries and they were old and gross, they were delivered to the table slimy. It took 25 min to get the food and refills were not provided. The restaurant was not busy. Kid-friendliness: Kid Menu and crayons
I ordered through grubhub for delivery. My food came earlier than expected which I was fine with. However it was the wrong order, I called Mimis and spoke with Bo, he said he is a manager but refused to make it right. I do realize it is 3rd party, but the actual restaurant employee is the one who made the mistake. They grabbed the receipt, put it on the wrong order and grubhub just picked it up and delivered it. Bo stated that is was grubhubs responsibility to ensure the order was correct. HOW??? They should not have to dig through or touch all my items. The employee at mimis whoever did the expediting was the one who failed to ensure it was correct. It is way too expensive to just give the wrong food away... I expected more from this place. Ridiculous
