Milton Mediterranean Cuisine

We had been to this restaurant several times, mostly with a good experience. Recently we ordered takeout on a Friday night and had a terrible experience. We were treated outright rudely after we discovered our online order had not been started until we arrived to pick it up. We had to wait 1/2 hour while putting up with bad attitude from the staff on hand. We were mistreated - the restaurant wasn't even busy that night. Afterward I sent an email to the owner to offer the chance to turn the situation around. As a business owner I would have appreciated that. Never heard back from anyone. Our impression is that this establishment is poorly managed and we'll be surprised if it makes it. We will not return.

I don’t even want to give this restaurant a star!! I took my sister out for dinner tonight and thought due to some good reviews this would be a great place for us. Well, it was horrendous! First of all, the restaurant was empty. Only us and another family. We waited for over an hour for our food and when it did eventually arrive, the our order was wrong. My apparently in house made veggie burger with mushrooms and vegetables was in actual fact a store bought Impossible burger!! Instead of my salad I got fries…..just everything was wrong. No apologies or trying to fix the problem. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn’t know the difference between the veggie burger and Impossible burger!! Will NEVER recommend this facility!!

Service was great and food was delicious! This place was great for my birthday celebration!❤️ ❤️

We chose this place for it’s location and family atmosphere/ownership. The Hummus was amazing. Warm bread… delicious! Intimate atmosphere for party of 2 and large family-size tables as well. Patio looks like a great place to sit on a spring afternoon. Mixed grilled plate was satisfying. Loved the lamb/gyro meat. My only negative, and why I didn’t give it 5 stars, is about pricing. I know that inflation is up, and I don’t want to disparage somebody trying to make a living, but I just feel like things could’ve been 2 to 3 dollars cheaper. I posted some prices from a local Mediterranean restaurant that I frequent. No, it’s not in Milton, but neither is this place, if we’re being honest. It’s more like Birmingham, which NEEDS a great restaurant like this! But there’s a cheaper pizza option right next door! I HATE not giving a 5th star! The hummus was delicious!! But $8.99 for a small dipping bowl and bread? How about $6.99? Instead of $13.95 for a salad it’s $10.95 at this other place. And offer a smaller version for a starter! Instead of gyro platters for $23.95 maybe $18.95 would be reasonable? I just think if you want families to come in you have to reduce the overall cost. But to each his own. Maybe Milton families are willing to pay that price. ‍♂️ I would definitely go back for the food though! I would LOVE to go every weekend and try everything on the menu! But I just can’t. Maybe special occasions. Keep up the good work!!

Been here twice (always give the benefit of the doubt for some hiccups). Everything just doesn’t work here- the food is just terrible. We LOVE great med cuisine….with the exception of their “daily” made bread (hmmmmmm) which is just ok, our very expensive meals were mostly left uneaten. I wish this was fresh, delicious scratch Mediterranean fare. We sure could use this in our area. This is not that. All those pretty pictures you see are of old, tasteless, room temperature food. Easy on the eyes….hard fail on taste, quality and price.

Picked up a lamb gyro to-go for lunch and it was delicious. The gentleman who took our order was also kind enough to bring it out to the car when it was ready.

Very nice venue with comfortable tables and plenty of space. The menu is primarily Mediterranean, but they also have hamburgers and wings. We tried the hummus and cheese pastry for starters. The main course included grilled vegetables, beef, chicken, and Turkish meatballs. All of the dishes were very tasty and came in ample portions. The only exception to mention was the quantity/variety of grilled vegetables. You may want to mention that when ordering, if you want more balance for the dish. This place is worthy of another visit.
