Milpa

Delicious! Fresh! We came in for lunch and mostly had tacos, so I would like to return for brunch.

Love the food! It was really good and the ambience was the delightful. I tried the do set the electric coffee and it was really gooI tried the dulce de leche coffee and it was perfect for me. If you like sweet coffee, I recommend adding sugar or more dulce de leche. Also, the service here was awesome! Kind people.

Great food and atmosphere

So so good. Everything was top notch from the atmosphere and service to the food. I got tacos and they were bomb. The horchata was pretty good too.

Everything from the coffee to the pancakes was delicious but the birria chilaquiles are out of this world.

I went here with some friends for a late lunch and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It’s a small spot, and I didn’t see a restroom for customers which is odd. But we did enjoy our food. The vegan options were great. I had the grain bowl which had a great variety of textures. The sauce on it was a bit too mild for me though—I would’ve enjoyed something with more heat. But my friends loved their non vegan dishes! We had coffee as well, and I have to say it’s some of the best espresso in the city.

This was our second visit to Milpa. The food was 5 stars, but the female at the register was not. She actually did not seem glad /happy/to have us there. We brought another couple with us, good friends, as we were excited to share our experience with them. The food was a hit! Unfortunately when asked if salsa came with the guacamole I was told no. No offer to bring a bowl to us, just no. We would have gladly paid as we already spent over 165.00 (including tip) for the four of us. We have enjoyed the food but will think twice about a third visit. We’ll keep our recommendations to ourself.

I have been here twice so far, and both times the food was great and so was service!
