Milpa Grille Boyle Heights

Cool spot. Stumbled across it and gave it a swing. Blue corn tortillas which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t realize before ordered my. The Al pastor mushroom taco was delicious. Also got a Milpa bowl and that was delicious. The drinks were tasty. Don’t skip on the cookies or a coffee to go! Service was awesome as well and it has a nice cafe type vibe inside. Definitely coming back!

Great spot for a healthy, yummy lunch!

The food is 10/10 but the crew is what really makes this place one of my favorite spots to go to. These are some of the kindest most hard working people I’ve met. It’s a great opportunity not only to enjoy incredible food but also support these great humans.

Best breakfast burrito in the city! The coffee is amazing too, I especially love the Brown Cafe Latte and the Cold Brew. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered the Milpa Chicken bowl . It was good. It cost around $11.00. I enjoyed it. I also liked the green sauce better than the red sauce. I was really satisfied with the peach citrus honey tea. It cost $4.00. My tongue always feels refreshed when I drink a tasty iced tea like the peach citrus honey tea. The drink was perfect . I appreciate the good service here. The only downside is that you have to look for parking in the street and maybe pay for parking.

When I first ordered I wasn’t sure what the experience would be like . The menu is colorful and looked very flavorful .. the reviews were rave full. I ordered like half their menu ;) it was an explosion in my taste buds . I loved the sopa the enchiladas, taquitos, the latte, the cookies ., the whole experience . I’m grateful to have them in the heights and look forward to being foodie family … by the way Joel and Juan Carlos are very knowledgeable and down to earth

Bebop jazz plays while I eat my phenomenal breakfast burrito. I watch as one of the staff members says good bye to some customers and asks if they enjoyed themselves. I feel like I’m eating history with this meal and witnessing community in how the space is run.
