Milo's Hamburgers

Lady at front was fine, friendly and professional. But, cheeseburger was the worst I have ever had at Milos and I love Milos. Meat was mealy and not done enough for me, no sauce and bread was wet!!! Could not finish eating it. Very disappointing.

I haven't been to Milo's in years because the quality fell off but I decided to give them another shot today and was disappointed once again. They left the onions off all of the burgers I ordered and the meat was cold. It's just sad to see a once great establishment serving such horrible food.

Today was my first time ever walking into a Milo's and the staff at this location was top notch. Ms J went above and beyond to make sure my order was made exactly how I needed it to be made due to dietary restrictions. And they have that GOOD ice lol I will for sure be back. Dietary restrictions: I can't eat to much sugar and their lettuce wraps did the trick

The food was great and the service was excellent!! We will definitely visit again!!

Tonight was the last straw for this particular location. Placed my order and was told to wait out front for my food. 20 minutes go by, 4 cars behind me get their food immediately and leave. When I did receive my food, it was all wrong. 1 ranch instead of the 5 sauces I ordered. Diet coke instead of sweet tea. Fries soggy (as they are 80% of the time at this location). Only noticed all of this once I got home. Milo's used to be so much better. If you want a good hamburger or chicken, go to Culver's instead.

As a nursing student, we love coming here because we can study while eating and feel welcome every time.

Will not go back to this Milo’s ever again. Was told to pull forwards to wait for my food. I did then the lady in the drive window started screaming at me to move and then a young lady came out and demanded i moved. I had nowhere else to move and had already been waiting on the food for 15 minutes. I finally get my food after 25-30 mins of waiting and get home with the food for my family and the chicken was under cooked and the burger was still pink. NEVER AGAIN.

This is one of the better Milo's much better than the one in Tuscaloosa
