Miller: The Brewery

For $10 this was a lot of fun! Informational and unique tour. Four different beer samples of generous portions. The tour guides Sierra and Jack were great! I’ll definitely be recommending this place.

Bought Miller Highlife for the first time. 3/6 cans exploded when opening. I have to wash my buddies Cadillac since first one was in his garage. You will be paying for the car wash and returning the other 3 to the store. 55912 Do yall flash freeze it before ya stock it? Sad product -EjM

Excellent tour with Cory today. Would do it again!

Waited an hour and a half for the 2:30 tour. I have a bad knee injury. There is a part of the tour that requires steps. A lot of steps. I went up because I was excited to attend this tour of which I waited 90 mins for. Coming down the stairs took me a few mins longer due to my injury. When I made it out the rest of the tour was crossing the street and entering a building. I got left. No one checked for me. No one at the tour center seemed to care. Didn't offer a refund just "oh they left you". Also things I noticed. The girl (overweight white woman with shaved head) at the counter was dry and rude. Kept giving me interesting looks while booking the tour. I was told no samples before you tour but when other (white) people started showing up they were offered plenty of drink samples up until the time they departed. I'm not sure what you should take from Any of this. I was the only POC... hate to play the racist card but this whole encounter definitely gave that! Shame I was really excited for this tour! I work in this industry. My husband owns bars and nightclubs in NYC and I work consulting all over the country in this industry. I'm actually visiting Milwaukee this week for work.. I have toured Napa, Sonoma, Willamette, the finger lakes, Eastern Washington, the bourbon trail, Lynchburg, Bordeaux, etc... and I was so excited to indulge in Millers history. What a poor representation! Please do better... In response to the response given: when I asked for help everyone just looked around at eachother. No one got any manager or tried to resolve the issue. The people that were sampling are the same exact people that went on the tour that I got left on. I was the first person there and I had to get clearance from multiple people before they would allow me one sample because I was informed no samples before the tour, even though I was 90 minutes early. As soon as the group walked in the had MULTIPLE beverages, each and upon entry up until departing for the tour we all left on together.

I have worked with a Miller family and I have tasted Miller beers, and I confess, I would rather work with family and drink non wheat beers.

Beautiful tasting room and a nice giftshop. I wasn't able to go on the full tour because the tickets were sold out, so I recommend buying them ahead of time. For $10 you get four 8oz beers

A very cool guided tour of the brewery! Alot of history of the brewery and tour of the current production process. And free samples after the tour and an awesome gift shop for a souvenir of your tour.
