The service was great. It wasn't too busy on a weekday, which I preferred. I have been once on a weekend and it was too busy. The food was very good, standard pub fare mostly, with some extra additions like the short ribs I tried. I liked them a lot!
I will say… it’s not the best quality food, and a bit overpriced. But if you are not looking for a place to just eat, but also to drink a couple of beers with friends, and talk, I feel this place offers a good environment with attentive and friendly staff.
Beer was yummy and the bartender was so helpful and kind.
Very cold, unenthusiastic greeting. We had a reservation but the hostess who greeted us (very unsmiling) didn't seem to pay any attention to it. Asked us (a party of two) if we were a party of 9? Sat us at a high-top table. Bartender was friendly enough, but all the rest of the service was lacking attention. No one asked us how the food was. No one checked in ever. Food was okay, but I asked for eggs poached medium and they were very, very runny. Couldn't even send them back since no one checked in. A shame, as the place could be nice. Why bother making a reservation if we were seated at the absolute worst table? I won't rush back.
