Not sure if the girl on staff tonight was having a rough evening or what, but felt very unwelcome as customers when we were ignored until we left without ordering.

Sooo good! I love sweet cows cereal ice cream but these guys do it with fresh cereal so the ice cream stays crispy. Amazing!

It’s not a bad place at all, but it’s just not as good as it could be, there is normally only one worker, it’s takes a while to get your ice cream, and the often make mistakes. But I really enjoy their ice cream. The rolled style is wonderful! But definitely pushed me to feel slightly uneasy.

The ice cream was totally fine ice cream. Nothing really special, but certainly not bad. For a Saturday night, the space was pretty small and tables were not being cleaned so you would have to clean up after the person before you. My biggest complaint is the service when I had a mistake with my order. I had a premade flavor with an extra mixin for $0.75 extra. They forgot the mixin, and said they could remake it but I would have to wait until after every other current order to get it. My order already took 25 minutes so I obviously didn’t want to double that time but also didn’t get a refund on the extra bit. Frustrating that they wanted to handle the situation that way and really just didn’t care.

Parking is hard. But even after that we got here, the door was locked with a sign that said BRB bathroom except the bathroom was open and we could see the girl and her guest with her hand on her leg. We waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for them to finish before she unlocked the door. She seemed very hostile once we ordered, she didn’t speak a word or even return our smile as we were very friendly (I promised my daughter she could get this as a reward for her spelling test and we wanted this to be a positive experience). She made the rolls passive aggressively, getting my daughter’s cotton candy that was left on the chiller into my son’s Oreo ice cream. Bathrooms were super gross Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend.

Milk Roll Creamery in Denver is great! Their matcha flavor is delicious. It's so creamy and has just the right amount of sweetness. The matcha flavor is so vibrant and authentic, you can really taste the quality. Plus, the presentation is incredible! It has 2 Pocky sticks with mochi and other goodies on top. They roll the ice cream into these beautiful rolls right in front of you. It's like a work of art that you get to eat. Trust me, if you're a matcha fan, you won't be disappointed. When you order a creation and then it’s missing a key ingredient it would be helpful to disclose that ahead of time. Ice cream was of poor quality. Not worth the visit.

I got the Bananas about you ice cream and it was very good. If you are looking for an aesthetic or cute looking dessert, this is a great place to get it. The toppings were well paired, but the ice cream base itself is good but not anything crazy. Would come back again to try out their drinks.

This ice cream looked like a lot! My husband and I split a medium...I wish I would have had my own. It was freezing outside but it still melted in our mouths. We will definitely go there again. The young man who served us was great. We even came in half an hour before closing. The place was very clean. We felt bad since it was a Friday night. There were 9 of us. We felt better when 2 more groups came after us.

Amazing ice-cream. I hit this place up anytime I am in the area. Plenty of choices for ice-cream and toppings, with seasonal flavors that rotate. I would personally recommend the panda pandan. Only note is not to go when you are in a rush. It can take a while to get your food, though it is well worth the wait Parking: It can be difficult to find parking in this area, the streets are pretty packed every time we go. Kid-friendliness: Can't imagine any kid hating ice-cream
