This place was amazing I loved both the salty nuts which I got having the pretzels with the ice cream is really nice and very decorative and the wife got the going bananas one using the fresh fruit tastes really really good and surprisingly healthy for being ice cream I love how fast the service was how polite they were and how easy the whole process was definitely recommend everybody go and check them out at least once and leave a good review because it is great service.

I used to love this place and come all the time but I stopped by recently and it was pretty disappointing. The employee rolled her eyes when we walked in. Once I got my ice cream it was missing two of the mix ins and she never put on lids, it’s not necessarily a big deal but if the kiosk just made me pay extra for a lid you could’ve at least gave it to me? It’s still a yummy spot I would definitely go to the other location if you could.

I'm not sure what is happening here but I entered the store on feb 24 at around 8pm and there were 3 employees and about 8 customers and only one of the employees was doing the hard work in making the ice cream. The other two simply picked up the ice cream and put it into a cup. I'm not sure if this was on purpose as training or if it is due to work negligence but something felt wrong. I feel like only one employee needs to take orders while 2 can make the icecream. I'm making this review because I feel really bad for the one person who was doing all the hard work.

The staff does not want to be there. Sad. It could be a fun place to visit.

We came in here tonight Jan 19 at 9:18. They greeted us and said they’d be with us shortly. They took their sweet time standing around and we waited 9:30 hit and they told us they were closed. Waited 12 mins so they didn’t have to serve us. That’s ridiculous and we order from here often. Smh.

I have been her several times. They have an excellent selection of flavors and seasonal mixes. They are open until 830 so it makes a great desert run. Everyone that I have seen here is pleased with the service. Parking: Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Of course kid friendly.

This was my first encounter and my visit was met with disappointment and frustration. Ladies working today (01/19) around 8:00PM had no customer service skills. When I came in, they offered no greeting and no "I'll be right with you". There was only two customers in front of me and I had to wait 30 minutes which made no sense as the people in front of me ordered two items each. It looked the staff was taking their sweet time. When it was my turn, they asked "what can I get for you". They offered no apology, "sorry about the wait". My order also took an unusually long wait of an additional 10 minutes. So I was waiting almost an hour at the store for some ice cream. The young lady called out my order but I didn't notice until a few calls as her voice was muffled and the music was loud. She slid the cup and proceeded to roll her eyes. No "thank you for waiting or anything". I'm not asking for people to be this bubbly person as I have worked in retail before and know how tiring some days can be. I'm asking for the bare minimum in asking your staff to treat customers with respect. The ice cream I got was panda pandan and it was very bland as it tasted like just pure milk. Maybe the customer service ruined my taste buds. Will not be returning anytime soon. There are plenty of other desserts places in that area that I would highly recommend.

Good ice cream. The staff don't seem to want to work. The music was so loud communication wasn't possible. They weren't making the orders in order so the 3 people who ordered after the two of us got their orders before us for some unknown reason. All the chairs were already stacked at 7pm like they didn't want us there

Llegué a comprar y las chicas que estaban atendiendo la heladería nos miraron a mi y a mi familia mal nos miraban y se burlaban al final nos fuimos otro día volvimos y las chicas para la atención al cliente son muy indiferentes con los clientes que mal el servicio.el helado muy riko lástima la pésima atención.
