Is the ice cream good? No. Is it a great place to take kids? Emphatically yes, fun flavours and toppings makes this a lovely place to take young ones

Very disappointing. We got two scoops: tiramisu and dulce de leche. We weren’t allowed to sample any ice creams, we weren’t given the option to pick a cup or cone. Service was very cold. We thankfully got 15% through NHS discount, however. The ice cream itself was good, but nothing special. Portion size was good. I would highly recommend going to Godiva instead, which is a few minutes away to try their soft serve. Overall, It’s more of a place to enjoy the aesthetics of the ice cream rather than to enjoy the actual ice cream.
