Milk Money Bar & Kitchen

Poor managed. Rude staff. Barely eatable food. Will not return.

Upon my recent visit to Milk Money Bar and Kitchen, I was surprised to find the absence of a host at the establishment. During this visit, I encountered a level of rudeness from the staff that was both unexpected and unwarranted. This demeanor was notably different from my past experiences at this venue. In light of these events, I strongly suggest that the staff undergo retraining in customer service and hospitality. Regrettably, due to these unpleasant circumstances, I have decided not to visit Milk Money Bar and Kitchen in the future.

Disappointing experience. Mediocre food and rude service. Plenty of other brunch places in Ft. Lauderdale. Very rude staff. Will not be back.

I am absolutely going here again. Food delicious &service was spot on. Tried the stuffed French toast...whew!

Too many rules ruins the experience! Restaurants that serve brunch are supposed to a place people go to have a calm and relaxing time. As a customer I don’t want to work so hard to just convince them to seat us. I had a group reservation for Sunday brunch. They wouldn’t seat us until 80% of us showed up, we were like 10mins early and our table was ready to be seated. I understand if our table was occupied and we had to wait for it to be cleared or they were arranging our table for us to get seated, but no the table we were going to be seated was kept ready. We were a little less than 80% waiting to be seated. Inspite of requesting multiple times , they were not willing to seat us against their rules. Also they have more rules - depending upon how many show up or no, they would charge per head a fee, fee for cake, fee for everything. Also try asking modifying your order a little bit or substitute for something the answer is a straight no!

Made a reservation through google to try this restaurant for the first time. It was a great experience both with their food and with their service. The coffee tasted rich and their oat milk was good as well. It is also a great spot to hang out with a large group of friends. Just in case you can’t find parking, there is overflow parking as indicted in the picture.

The vegan waffles could have been better but the Tofu scrambled was amazing. Good atmosphere. A bit loud though
