Lovely experience, and my first time here! My office is just up the street and it was my paralegal's birthday. I called to track down her favorite flavor, and they answered right away even though they weren't open yet, and set some aside for me. I went in right after 11, there were so many beautiful cupcakes, so many flavors AND a gluten free section for our other employee's Celiac as well. This place is a gem, the cupcakes are amazing, would highly recommend for great service and wonderful sweets.

We got valentine cupcakes here 6 different flavors, each cupcake we tried was dry… disappointed for such poor quality on a holiday.

We got ignored completely. They helped the customers behind us. Worst experience ever. Now acknowledgement or anything! Will never walk foot into this place again!

My wife and I went in after dinner to grab a shake. They close at 8:30pm and we arrived at 8:15pm. The girl behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude letting us know they were about to close as she was closing down her register. My wife said we know what we want so we will be quick. The young lady rolls her eyes and proceeds to take our order. 2 other young ladies come in about 10mins to close and the girl basically yells at them letting them know they are closing. We enjoy their shakes but the extremely poor customer service seems to be a trend. If I were management, I would revamp the whole staff because turning away business when you are still technically open would have me fuming as a business owner. If the owner sees this and wants to sell the business. Please let me know. Could be a great place but with the poor service, I don’t think we will go back.

This place is so wonderful especially if you want a quick sweet treat! Verenice is absolutely wonderful great customer service

drove 15min after seeing photos of cakes and cupcakes you had here on your page and literally found only 2 dry cupcakes in there. so disappointed

I went to this location and got some of their ice cream and got the worse case of food poisoning. I was sick for almost 4 days, never again.
