Jeanie at the Williamsburg location was so accommodating and professional. She was very informed about all the products and was so kind and friendly. I hope she gets a raise, she deserves one!

My recent Milkbar order (on Caviar app) was TERRIBLE. I don’t even know how it is possible to make ice cream with hot fudge and sprinkles UNPALATABLE but Milkbar has done it. I ordered a pint with cereal milk ice cream, hot fudge and sprinkles that my husband tried and said had a “funny” chemical taste. The next day I tried a scoop of it and it was just disgusting. Literally unpalatable. It didn’t taste sweet and delicious like any item of this type should. Even a flavor of ice cream that isn’t your favorite should be sweet and relatively delicious. It was so bad that we threw the virtually untouched pint out. The birthday cake slice I ordered was borderline stale. I ate it only as a matter of principle because it was actually my birthday. The cookies I ordered (blueberry cream, corn and confetti) which used to be my favorites were salty not sweet. Salty! Wth?! Since when are these salty cookie flavors? I feel that Milkbar was so popular that it either got too tired to keep up and has just given up or has taken its reputation for granted. Either way, very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from or going there again.

Carla made sure that I became a returning guest. When I was flat out ready to ask for a refund due to an issue with delivery WOW did she make sure I was taken care of with pure guest service at it's best. Thank you for everything Carla. You made my day. Best, George

Lady was nice hood food

The soft serve ice cream tastes unique, and I loved the sweet, crunchy corn flakes, but was it worth $8.50 for a small cup? The Milk Bar Pie was rich and sweet, probably too sweet for some people—imagine pecan pie without the nuts—but the slice was thin and small. It came in a package that was the size of a McDonald’s apple pie. Definitely not worth $7. We also had a yummy version of their DQ Concrete, but for $12.50 it was small and not worth it. They also have overpriced cookies and shakes.

I just ordered a 6” cake from Milk and got a dried out piece of trash that I paid 70 dollars for. First off, if you are going to charge 70 dollars for a cake, basically 11 dollars slice, make it fresh and good. This thing tasted like it came from the back of freezer burnt purgatory. Hard pass on Milk Bar, the quality has gone to hell.

Ich habe unvergesslich leckere "Lemon pound cake cookie crumb cake" Kekse im United Flug von SFO nach FRA bekommen. Hab mir extra das Papierchen aufgehoben und habe gehofft die sind auch in Europa / Deutschland zu kaufen. Leider blieb meine Suche bislang erfolglos... dennoch werden mir diese absolut fantastisch leckeren Kekse für immer im Gedächtnis bleiben.
