Hands down one of the best Italian spots in Vegas food is authentic the chef is from Milan nothing less than 5 stars here if you see a lower review they’re the problem not the restaurant. I could eat here 7 days a week.

Apparently this place has been around for 3 years and I had never found it until now. The location is great right in the heart of Town Square with a balcony overlooking the entire park. The inside atmosphere is very intimate and relaxed. Chef Laura was actually taking care of our table and it was great to see her going around and talking to the patrons throughout the night. The food was fantastic! very authentic italian flavors and the portions were just right. Price was very fair especially for such a great ambience and quality of food. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend Milano for anyone looking for great authentic Italian food

Milano restaurant offers a dining experience that is adequate at best. The food, while not exceptional, is decent enough. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with the sauce being overly salty, as noted in both the meatball appetizer and the Rigatoni Alla Bolognese. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection, but the overpowering saltiness of the sauce detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dishes. Despite the culinary shortcomings, Milano restaurant excels in its service and accommodation of large groups. Our party was well taken care of, with hot food promptly served and cold drinks readily available. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, Milano restaurant may not be a top culinary destination, but it certainly makes up for it with its welcoming atmosphere and efficient service.

Outstanding dining!

So happy to have found this hidden gem not far from the strip. Pasta and pizza were amazing and our party enjoyed the lobster special and the lamb fettuccine. The Italian chef and owner was sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The cook Laura was amazing!!!! She makes the best Italian I've ever had! The absolute closest you'll get to Italy. She deserves a million stars for her Magnifico restaurant. I maybe said "Grazie" a million times to her. She deserves all the love. The carbonara is a chef's kiss. The limoncello and raspberry blast was to die for! And last but certainly not least the chocolate mousse was freaking heaven!!!! I could not stop. I was ready to fight anyone who touched it haha. Thank You (Grazie) one last time! You made my heart and stomach happy

I am a true gastronomy. I grew up in Chicago always trying to find the best of whatever food genre there was training my palate. My two favorites were Puerto Rican because of my heritage and Italian because of it's the best blend of textures and flavors. I had everything from cheap Italian to authentic in an Italian immigrants kitchen. This is all being said because when I say Milano is truly the best Italian I have ever had, I want you to know where this statement is coming from. Authentic and carefully planned flavors that make you feel like you are truly in the "old country" as they say. On top of that, a beautiful environment and phenomenal service. My first 10 out of 10 restaurant in Vegas. An not expensive at all, especially for what you get. Milano, BRAVO .

I honestly can NOT say enough about this place. If you’re looking for not only true authentic Italian cuisine but also their warm hospitality- THIS IS IT. Every dish transported me back to my last visit to Italy and I was treated as if I was home. I have recommended Milano to all my friends and family that visit Vegas. HUGE thank you to their wonderful staff for their incredible hospitality! It’s a “walk don’t run” for sure
