The pictures don’t really illustrate to me that it is a ghost kitchen. Thought it would be a nice place to sit and eat some ice cream. I ended up getting some ice cream anyway since I made the journey and was surprised. It was a good “don’t judge a book by its cover” scenario because the ice cream itself was great. I’d go for the sundae again.
Vegan & gluten free lemon with berry lavender swirl?! Yes please. My only mistake was not ordering a pint. Love the customer service offered. If they see you struggling at they kiosk they offer help.
Ghost kitchen that I ordered from a kiosk. After waiting around 30 minutes, there wasn't even anyone around to try to cancel the order. Honestly could've churned my own ice cream faster.
14 dollars for an ice cream in this location, no way
Ice cream is high quality and they have some legitimately interesting flavors. Been trying to lose weight so I haven't gotten anything from there in a while and I miss it lol.
It's inside the Oakland Food hall and very easy to place an order on an online kiosk inside.
This isn't a typical ice cream shop. It's a warehouse from which a bunch of restraurants fullfill their delivery orders. The photos of ice cream you see don't really match the experience you're gonna get. This place was also absurdly expensive. I ordered a tub for $16.50 without realizing how tiny the tub was actually going to be. My fault, but it definitely wasn't worth it.
Ice cream good. You use a screen to order, it automatically selects a 20% tip for you........and after tipping 20%.....they can't handle getting two ice cream flavors right........only got one. How hard is it to read two flavors and put two flavors in? It wasn't even busy. Also portion size is not very good for the amount of money they charge for ice cream ($6 plus tip for single, $9 plus tip for double). Not to mention, parking here (because its a multi food court type deal) is a nightmare.
