This was not our first choice for an anniversary diner, but now that we visited Michael Jordan's Steak House in the Intercontinental Hotel in Chicago, we will never go anywhere else. The food was impeccably prepared and delicious, the wine list had options hand-curated by the eatery's namesake, but the reason to visit is professional server, Claudia Bucuri. Her knowledge of the menu, her descriptions, will make your mouth water before anything arrives. Her passion for service and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. She has been at the restaurant 11 years, almost since it opened, and she is a wonderful ambassador for the brand. Kind. Thoughtful. Informed. She made the night one to remember and one we will be recounting for years to come. Well done, Claudia!!
Have eaten here multiple times, and each time, the food and service are incredible! We will be back next trip to Chicago. The garlic bread is amazing! Can't go wrong with any of the steaks!
I was going to give them a five star but when I got home to eat my leftover waygu meatballs, they were raw. I love the bone marrow. It was so delicate and delicious. I should’ve just only got that . customer service was outstanding in the atmosphere was beautiful. We had the perfect seating next to the window. Besides the meatballs, everything was amazing and they could’ve got a five star.
I’m a outta towner and came here for lunch/happy hour. i was pleasantly surprised. sometimes when celebs own restaurants they’re not that great but the food was good and so was the drink! it was nice and quiet for lunch. i recommend
