So I spent about 80$ with my 3 kids and wife… the food was ready within 3 minutes… the food tasted and looked as if it had been sitting there for hours waiting for a customer to order it??? I also saw them use a microwave!!! This place is weird ? They charge you a lot of money for cold food that is reheated? The customer service was horrible! Cashier said I don’t like ramen ?? What a joke and the cook was just rude with ugly looks and nasty language… I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give them a 0 star I would… How are you gonna serve authentic dishes cold? And reheated as if people won’t notice… horrible experience the paintings and drawings on the walls where nice tho

I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I went here a couple of months ago and got the black bean noodles and lobster balls, the balls felt super old and made me nauseous and the black bean noodles were nothing like the traditional ones I’ve had before. But since then my partner has been saying he really likes their chicken bowls so I decided to give it another try. I ordered the spicy vegan ramen and added an egg, which was $20 with a tip. They literally served me a giant bowl of spicy broth with a tiny portion of chopped tofu and bean sprouts and a single fish cake piece (which isn’t even vegan but I don’t actually care too much because I’m not) besides the egg I added. On top of that the ramen noodles was literally cheap top ramen you buy for 50 cents at the store. It looked nothing like the photos and had nothing it described having. I really wish I had more backbone to say something and maybe get my money back because that is insane

Absolutely the best noodle shop in Tucson. Dan Dan, Beijing Jajangmyeon, and Volcano Soup are actually amazing. Everybody's always raving about Noodleholics, but we this place is 1000X better.

Found this place and thought it looked good. Was excited to try…But, disappointed with the price to product ratio, $15 bucks for a very tiny bowl of chicken Katsu Ramen, the chicken was clearly re-heated and the broth was very salty. Rajin Ramen gives you a huge bowl of Ramen for like a buck more…and the flavor is better. They also charged 3 bucks for a can of Coke, so for $20 bucks I left fairly bummed. Cute place but way too bright. Won’t be back sorry…check your competition, there’s a lot better spots in town… Sorry
