Best gyro platter I had in a very long time. Good portions, fresh Greek salad, fresh gyro, soft pita bread, & fresh hot fries. DONT believe me?? Here is the proof. It was soooo good I couldn’t wait to get home & ate it right in the parking lot. Thank you for keeping Miami Subs alive how I remember it when I was a child. You have my business for life ❤️.

I waited to place my order, and the staff didn't greet me. After a while waiting I decided to go to Gyroville.

The food was outstanding as usual. It always takes a long time to get my food in the interior looks dated and is worn out but overall I enjoy going here.

Oh my no. Your 12 inch meatball Parm sub that sold for $5.99 not so long ago is $11.99 now? OUCH

I’m extremely upset at the experience my husband experienced tonight. The older spanish not so gentleman like individual was beyond rude. Im 5 months pregnant and sent my husband to get food to satisfy my late night cravings. He proceeded to place the order whilst on the phone with me. He asked the order taker to “Please, Please, Please make the order fresh”. The guy on the intercom became very rude and aggressive. He told my husband, “chill out you didn’t have to repeat it”. My husband was simply asking to have fresh food in a pleasant way at my request. I initially thought the guy didn’t understand the English meaning so I proceeded to give a spanish translation to my husband but before speaking again the employee became more irate. I realized he had another underlying issue. He withheld our food for upwards of 20minutes after paying. I’m appalled as I patronize this location frequently. I’m scared to eat my meal as well as for my families safety

Horrible customer service. I showed up 10 minutes after the "ready time" of my online order. I stood by the register, in front of 2 employees dealing with the same register, no issues with them fixing whatever was going on, but they didn't even look up or even say we'll be with in a few, nothing, just there, being ignored. 5 minutes after, they asked me what I was waiting for, told them an online order and they said they were still working on it. The person behind me placed an order, got their order and I was still waiting for my order. Then when I finally had my order given to me, I noticed it only had 1/2 my order, I told the guy and there I had to wait again for them to give me the rest of the order. The point of online order is not to wait online, totally failed on that, then I got home; just to realize that aside of waiting forever for my online order, they also forgot the 4 Tzatziki Sauces I had also put in my order!!! uhg!!!!
