Highly recommend! I have been ordering from Miami Fit Box for a couple of years and they never disappoint. The meals are healthy, fresh and perfect if you are on the go but are health conscious. The shred weight loss plan is perfect to shed a few pounds or just stay in shape.

I am enjoying the food service at Miami FitBox. I don’t always have time to meal prep and this service saves me a lot of time. I like that their menu changes every week. Once you know your favorite meal items, you can order their custom meal plans. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our coach Lorraine is always recommending them, now I understand why!

I highly recommend Miami FitBox. The food is delicious, healthy, the portions are very generous and the price is very reasonable. It was recommended by my trainer Lorraine @Miami Women-Only Fitness Bootcamp. I was able to lose 27 lbs, within 3 months, in combination with my workouts.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy food from here. I bought 4 meals to try, Chicken/Rice, Steak/Rice, Salmon/Rice The rice was NOT cooked at all, it is like they put the rice directly from the bag without cooking it The chicken was burnt and Dry The steak was very dry I do NOT recommend you buy from this company, they should be ashamed of themselves for serving people this garbage, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

Love the food! My husband orders the custom meal plan and I order the weight loss meal plan. We've tried various companies out there, and by far Miami Fitbox is the BEST!!! The foods are delicious and constantly varied. Highly recommend for anyone serious about delicious healthy food. Best part of all is that not only is it healthy, but it tastes great too!!!
