Poor Customer Service. I’ve lived south of fifth for 9 yrs. And would advise you to go anywhere else. Been here twice this weekend and received so much attitude from the girls working here. Rude and purposely opened late this morning. I felt like i was working for them or was a bad person. If you want a good sandwich or coffee without the rudeness go to La playa market on 3rd and collins. Better quality food and friendly people. Sad part is encountering the staff here kills the mood for people who are happy about life and about to go on a dive or boating.

Bad customer service. Always in bad mood. Been here many times for the same coffee and sandwiches and every day they charge different. Don’t recommend if you want to start your mornings in a good way!

I love coming to this place. They have great Boar’s Head deli sandwiches and all the snacks, fruit, and drinks you need to hit the water and hang south of fifth.

If you like your colada or breakfast with attitude!. Waited for a while because the cashier woman likes to hold long convos with every other person who walks into the store while people is waiting. I get it you can’t expect much great service from a deli store but I usually get nice service from the guy who’s seem to run the store who’s usually there every time I come in but when he’s not there this woman in particular has an awful attitude. Not sure if just me cause I’m very specific when I order since she messes up my order every time even if I order in Spanish. So I ordered an “egg and cheese sandwich, with a little spread of butter” is on the menu for 6.00 (+tax) She decided to add an extra dollar and when I asked why? I asked “ Are you adding yourself the tip?” She answered rudely in front of few people at the store that she doesn’t need my tip and she’s charging for the butter (which doesn’t show on the menu) and suddenly my sandwich is almost 8 dollars! Is not about the $1dollar is about The POOR SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDE I think she’s feels entitled to speak to patrons in that way cause she doesn’t know any better. Lack of education is a reality. If she has such a terrible attitude towards people perhaps she shouldn’t be a cashier and certainly not serving coffee.

This place is great! Convenient spot at the Marina, very helpful service, and the coffee is FANTASTIC. (I get the Double Espresso "Sin Azucar")

I had a breakfast and fresh cut fruit was a good experience, i like this place now.
