BEST menudo I have ever had! BEST (and first) quesabirria I have ever had!! THE friendliest service!!! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

La comoda esta bien pero el servicio pesimo 40 minutos para k llegara la comida y apenas estabamos comiendo cuando llegaron con la cuenta ‍♀️ las meseras enojadas les pedi mas tortillas k eran extra y la comida me llego fria nome gusto el sevicio no lo recomiendo ni volveria a ir . ‍♀️

Un lugar. Muy especial mi favorito Mi platillo. #1. Las enchiladas con pollo frito. Lo recomiendo Las meseras. Muy amables Kid-friendliness: Chiken tenders con papas.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my colleagues and I had at your establishment during our lunch break today. As regular customers who frequent your restaurant once a week, we were deeply disappointed by the quality of service and the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was received. Despite placing an order for 2 quesadilla birrias and enchiladas, and specifically requesting extra salsa and crema, we were dismayed to find that only one of each item was provided, even after paying an additional fee. We were further surprised to be charged an extra $10 for a couple more servings of salsa and crema, which we believe should have been included with each order as standard practice. Moreover, the red enchilada plate we ordered was not prepared according to the menu description. Instead of being served with cheese and onions inside, as advertised, we received fried tortillas rolled up. This inconsistency in the preparation of our meal was disappointing and did not meet our expectations based on previous visits. Additionally, our dissatisfaction was compounded by the presence of a young lady whispering in the cashier’s ear, attempting to correct prices, which only added to the confusion and frustration of the situation.

However, the restaurant falls short in several aspects. Limited parking and bland decor detract from the overall ambiance. The obscured windows create a sense of confinement rather than openness. Service is a significant downside, with prolonged wait times both to be attended to and for food to arrive, despite the lack of a crowded establishment. The delay feels excessive and undermines the dining experience. Furthermore, the prices are disproportionately high given the quality of the food offered, making it difficult to justify the expense. Overall, while Mi Tierra Cocina Mexicana has its merits, improvements in service efficiency and value for money would greatly enhance the dining experience.
