Very fast and friendly service. Food was very good! Personable staff! Thank you Cesar for the dessert! It was yummy!
I thought it was a quiet Monday night nobody was there. Within minutes the place was poppin! My Texas Fajitas were Terrific and I washed them down with a ice cold 32oz Modelo!! I’ll definitely return next time I’m in town.
Our very large group decided very last minute to grab a bite to eat, and this was the only place that could accommodate. And did they ever! Approximately 35 people. Two people were taking orders on digital pads that automatically kicked the orders to the kitchen. The servers were halfway through taking our orders when the food started coming out. That fast! The food was very good. The servers stopped by regularly for drink and chip refills. Great service with great attitudes. Two negative things. 1. We were seated right outside the restroom, and occasionally, some odors would escape. Not meal ruining, but I wish they had some air fresheners. 2. The street lighting out front was so dim that I could not see the entrance and had to take the next entrance and circle back. This is a city issue, in my mind. For a meal that spanned well over an hour, with a last-minute, large group, this place knocked it out of the park.
First time going there. Food was better than most Mexican restaurants I have been to.
Very average Mexican strip mall restaurant. Food was pretty tasty, but average. Service was subpar, prices were a little high for the amount of food we received. Side of beans barely covered the plate (thin) and they were pretty stingy with the salads, which was also very average. On the plus side, authentic Mexican cheese was used and the grilled chicken was tasty, but the 'antiseptic smell' of the place overwhelmed everything. Those who rave about this place need to get out more. Westfield, Carmel has many better Mexican food places than this!
Great food and great service
I am wondering if this restaurant has changed ownership. It used to be one of my favorites. Most recently, the service has deteriorated. The food is still OK. However, there’s one gentleman there who creeps on every young woman that goes into the restaurant. He also argues when he makes mistakes on your order. As a woman, I find it very uncomfortable to watch. I would say there’s a coaching opportunity. I hope the management will work on the issue. I wish the old Management or Owner would come back. He was a delight.
I cannot talk about this place enough. It was amazing!! We got the queso and we should have gotten a large. The tacos were on point. I've never liked refried beans until I came here. Will definitely return.
