This place is a home type atmosphere they surve quickly with a smile, you are definitely treated like family. The food is home cooked mexican food. This place has been around a long time for a good reason, good food, good service, and reasonably priced. They were really busy when we were there and still got waited on in a reasonable amount of time. I was told that their drinks especially the margaritas were really tasty but a little pricey. I bet by the second one the price doesn't really matter. Over all a great place.

Great food, large portion sizes. Drinks are on the pricier end, but still good! The parking lot can get a bit hectic.

Tacos tacos

I wanted to like the food because there are so many reviews raving about it. Your first impression at a Mexican restaurant is chips and salsa. The salsa is so thick and lacks flavor. It feels and tastes like tomato paste. The steak in my tacos was tasty but the black beans and corn salad also lacked the flavors.

Every one else in my party enjoyed their meal. I had a taco salad and yuck. I picked at it and just filled up on chips. Seats were pretty worn and ripped and carpet was old. I've been going here for 40 years and this place is definitely ready for a remodel.

HUGE portions, great place for a big appetite. absolutely perfect enchiladas. The queso dip was phenomenal. Everything you’d hope for in a lil mom&pop Mexican place.
