Delicious boba and sweetness is on point !
Since Moge arrived in Evanston, all the other bubble teas don’t taste right anymore. Our whole family, including our 8yo, can taste the difference and now shuns the other spots unless we are in a pinch 😋 奶茶续命！
Ordered teas through Uber eats. The drinks were picked up right away, however they arrived warm. I asked for light ice and don’t live that far. There’s no way the ice could’ve melted and the drink warmed to this temperature in the short time it took to get to me. That was my only issue however, the taste was decent, not a great aftertaste (I got the Oreo and my daughter got the brown sugar)
I got the ear gray milk tea, but it didn’t taste like earl grey. The boba was way too gummy, bland, and unsweet. The staff while nice seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The packaging and retail space are nice, however.
Among the better bubble tea places in Evanston. Their flavors and options are fairly comprehensive and their service is usually quick. I only really have one complaint. For the love of boba, buy cups/lids that fit each other. It's really annoying to walk home with a drink only to dribble an ounce of liquid through a gap in an ill-fitting lid. The tea gets all over your hands, pants, shoes and makes the cup soggy.
First time trying Möge Tee but I wasn’t impressed. I must admit their tapioca is pretty good, but the drinks itself tasted too watered down. We ordered three drinks, crème brulee matcha, passionfruit Yakult and the super famous cheese foam mango pomelo slush and the flavor wasn’t as strong as I thought the flavor was going to be. It’s super subtle hence the taste of it being watered down. Other than that the workers here are super nice, willing to answer any questions and it’s a good atmosphere for college students to study in.
