前台男员工拽的要死，跟你爹我欠你八百万似的？给他说奶茶去冰，他说：奶茶不能去冰，我说：菜单上面不是写了可以去？他又改口：让我换成小杯才能去，完事了把钱给我，单也没给我直接插在收单那里，不知道在拽什么呢，傻逼东西，奶茶味道也是垃圾中的垃圾，请问你又有什么资格拽呢？

刚刚在这里买的珍珠奶茶，其中一杯我不小心掉地上了，里面的小姐姐马上又帮我调了一杯，还拖了地板，非常感谢她的善良和帮助。每次有来纽约一定会去这家珍珠奶茶店买奶茶，很好喝。太感谢了。

昨天买的柠檬茶，里面的柠檬是坏了的。喝起来味道超级难喝。

Me and my friend order a fresh tea drink and did not go as planned. We had very upset stomach the whole day and my plans were ruined and spend most of the time in the bathroom.

i've been here once and only once. i was with my friend and she asked me how i liked my drink. i said i thought it was okay and it wasn't what i expected, it tasted like a typical milk tea to me. this was a private and casual conversation. just chatting with a friend, it wasn't even to the employees or anything about the drink. but i guess the owner was sitting at the table near us and overheard. they started going on about how customers are so rude and think they know better and how dare a customer talk badly about their drinks in THEIR store. i was really taken back by this extreme response. we left right after and it's been awhile but i have never gone back. it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth to this day. it's sad because i like other locations i've been to but i won't visit this one again. i've never experienced anything like that!
