Mezza Luna Pasta & Seafood

What a great experience we had here at Mezza Luna. Our server Bella was amazing! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and was plentiful. Mezza Luna is an excellent choice for a date night, a little family gathering, or going solo at the bar and grabbing a drink. We cannot wait to come back for more delicious food and wonderful service!

This restaurant is as real authentic Italian food as you can get without having to go to Italy. Daniele is an amazing chef and it's family run...you will not be disappointed.

After having experienced restaurants in Italy, this is the only Authentic Italian restaurant I've seen traveling all throughout America. If you like Italian food, this is a must.

Our bartender was amazing! We came in on Saturday night and was lucky to be able to grab a seat at the bar. Sadly forgot our bartender’s name but she gave great recommendations and all around service. Food was outstanding.

Well I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. Small, cramped and just feels like it's trying really hard to be upscale fancy. You don't get the home cooked Italian meal vibes from this restaurant. The meal I had here was the TAGLIATELLE BLACK SQUID INK CARTOCCIO and well I unfortunately couldn't eat half of it. Pasta was clumped and all stuck together, 3 out of 4 mussels were closed, 2 out of 3 clams were closed, calamari was insanely chewy. I did mention all of this to the waitress, at least she was pleasant. I've personally eaten real squid ink pasta in many parts of Italy and this dish just doesn't even compare. I hope they really work on the food quality and freshness and I hope that this move towards small fancy portions will stop soon.

They are under new ownership and I see the difference. Went tonight with friends to celebrate my birthday. Service was fine but they cut portions by a third and we noticed on our bill that they charge an extra 4% to pay with a card and extra taxes on liquor that is in addition to the regular tax you would see. Illegal to me and my friends didn't even catch it on their bill. Amounted to $10 on mine and $6 on theirs so they made $16 on out table before tips. Unlawful in my eyes. Shame on you! Not going back and was an avid customer for a year. No other establishment in East Cobb charges 4% to use a credit card and only discloses it when you present the bill. You need to post it on the front door so your customers know what to expect before ordering.
