Mexi And Pizza Homestead

Just came in for Valentines and was just told that they changed management and that the food that they are serving is Cuban plus the pizza. We were shocked at first because their sign has not been changed so people kept coming in and leaving because they were expecting Mexican food. I feel so bad for the staff, we stayed but they seem so embarrassed having to tell the guests about the change. I will repost after we try their food

I ordered plain spahgetti (no sauce, absolutely plain) and was charged $14.00 for it. When on their menu spahgetti with garlic and oil is $12.00. Not to mention the addition charges for using a card rather than paying in cash. It’s truly a ripoff. With taxes and fees coming out to $18.00.

Im giving a 1 start cause is mandatory for reviews on google maps. 1st The food was ok. But the services sucks. 2nd The music was too loud, the waitress barely understood what I asked for. They didn’t even came to refill the drinks. They sit lady in her 50’s with two girls and their food came out first, not to mention they came to the table more the one time to refill their drinks and not even asked us to refill and left us empty!!!! Tbh the restaurant needs to change management and employees. How are you gonna sit people and not even bring utensils?!?? Also waitress was playing with her hair and preparing utensils right in-front of the customers. Saw her 3 times scratching her had and touch utensils that are supposed to be sanitized.If I upload the pictures the place would be close in a heartbeat . You guys dont even deserve a simple star

We dined outside on a weeknight in January. It was our first time here and we came because the kids wanted pizza and the parents wanted Mexican. Perfect combination! The staff was very friendly. We ordered and the pizza came out soon. It was delicious. My son said it was the best pizza he had ever had. It was wood fired with a three cheese mix. Our food took longer and the staff came out to tell us they had a big table and that's why it was delayed. When we got our food, we were impressed with the quality and flavor. When we finished, the staff brought us a free dessert as an apology for our wait. We were very appreciative.

La comida espectacular la Atencion Al Cliente increíble los muchachos son muy simpáticos muy humildes a la hora de hablar. El sitio está muy bonito y limpio. Realmente increíble.

Food from the Mexican cuisine to the pizza is amazing! Sebastian our server was the best highly recommend!

Ist timer at this restaurant. Order the pizza, and it's pretty good. The pizza had more of fine dining taste with a subtle hint of the char from the wood burning oven. The only cons were that the pizza was soggy, and that's not too bad. We always tell them well done. Also, the size of the pizza. A large is not enough for a family of 4. (2 adults and 2 teens). I'm not in a rush to go back for the pizza, at least, but I wouldn't mind if I happen to be there. I hope this helps.
