I LOVE this place! The staff/owner are great, food is divine, they have hookas & a variety of tobaccos, a back patio that's great when it warms up (romantic), a bar with a variety of beer & wine. It's a small, cozy, charming restaurant. Due to it's size, it's better to either get there early or I prefer to call it in, pick it up, take it home & watch tv or movies. My preferences: Appetizer- Dolmades- with xtra tzatziki sauce. Chk Momos- (just went outside the box & tried these-I always get my comfort dolmades) are awesome. Greek nachos- (pretty big portion- great for group of ppl or entree for me) Salads: Quinoa Salad- (xtra dressing, add gyro meat) Tabouli Salad- add gyro meat, xtra lettuce, onion, NO vinaigrette dressing, 2 tzatziki sauces I rarely get an entree but: Metropolis kabob- no tomato Gyro- all the way Falafel- all the way
It was all very good. It was a happening place for a Sunday lunch. I would certainly go there again. We had the Trip Dip sampler as an appetizer and the Greek Sampler for two as our main course.
This place is so relaxed & the service & food are amazing.
I had not visited here since 2020. Food was very good. Now: I was sick with indigestion for 24,hours. Mainly, it was the falafel. It was way overdone. The tabbouleh was soggy, the spinach pie , which I couldn’t eat, was like black over boiled spinach. And you no longer offer mango lahsi! Very disappointed. And the bathroom?…
Public rights violator. Disgrace!
The owner is a vet that hates free speech and freedom of religion he also things he own the sidewalk and gets to choose who stands on it DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY.
It’s too bad the food wasn’t bad. Only problem is they treat homeless veterans like trash. Therefore their establishment is nothing more than trash itself. I know they denied this but the video tells no lies
Great food and service! I'll definitely be back when I'm kayaking in the area again
