The waiting staff was helpful and friendly and there's a big variety of meals for everyone. But the Baymeadows Metro diner doesn't serve Ruebens. Kid-friendliness: The place has kids menus and free wifi Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp facing the middle of the diner.
I ordered a four piece chicken plate to go yesterday from the baymeadows metro diner. A friend had made the recommendation.. The meal also came with a small portion of string beans and mashed potatoes for a total price of over 18 dollars. Upon arriving home with my meal I noticed burnt marks on all pieces of chicken. The chicken had obviously been over cooked. I ate the chicken anyway but did not enjoy it as the taste was overwhelmed by the taste of burnt food. I was extremely disappointed and will not return. KFC and Popeyes is much more enjoyable, consistently prepared, and at a much cheaper price. Metro Diner appears to be an overhyped restaurant not worthy of its reputation.....at least based on my experience.
On POINT EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Service here is excellent. Drink never goes empty and food always tastes amazing. Will continue to keep coming back
Picked up an Easter dinner meal. The food was amazing, and the portions were perfect for three people.
Great fresh food, consistently prepared, cooked right. I feel menu is diverse with good selections of breakfast and lunch items. And they are very accommodating with your request. ❣
Love Metro, so do others take my advice get there early! It’s always on my go to list with visitors. Parking: The Baymeadows location is in a strip plaza. Depending on when you arrive parking in front of the restaurant may be difficult to get, but you can always park somewhere else.
