This is a traditional cheesecake with a slight twist: the crust is made with an gluten free oat cookie crunch and we intentionally reduce the sugar content to make it low sugar. It is a delicious classic cheesecake that many people in your household can enjoy. Please note that this menu item is only available March 25th - April 20th. When you are choosing your order please only select a date during that time frame. This is a gluten free friendly product.

Please read carefully as this dessert is only available on limited dates! You can only this cake the weekend of Mother's Day, May 10th-11th. A beautiful and unique cake with layers of vanilla cake, raspberry rose jam, and vanilla bean Bavarian cream. The best part of this cake is the soft green marzipan covering and sugar rose garnish. Meringue Bakery only makes this cake a few times a year and it is truly a beautiful cake. This cake has marzipan directly on top of cream, which limits how long it can keep in your refrigerator. It will only keep for 2 days. It will still taste delicious after 2 days, but the marzipan will begin to absorb the liquid from the cream and it will not look as pretty. Each cake is 8" wide and will feed 8 generous servings. It hails from Sweden where it's been a national icon since the mid-1900's, and was supposedly named after the three princesses who are said to have loved it.

Sometimes all you need is a chocolate chip cookie! We use Callebaut brand dark chocolate, one of the best chocolates in the world. A flaky sea salt dusting is the perfect finish!

Morning buns are the perfect cross between a croissant and a cinnamon roll. These rolled buns glitter with sugar and cinnamon and have the buttery flaky layers of a croissant. We hope you enjoy every last bite!
