Overall, good food and portions could be a bit more generous. The menu was simple, not a lot of options. Service was good. Nice restaurant. Parking: Not much of parking. I used the valet service that the restaurant validated.
I was completely impressed with their food and service. The food is fresh and so delicious! John is so friendly and all staff as well. This is my go-to place forever!
Had one of the best meals of my life here last week. The Wagyu and the duck paired perfect with the fresh bread and beef tartare. food so good I had to buy the cooks a round of drinks. Excellent service, and appropriately priced for what your getting.
Fantastic food and service, everything came out delicious. The atmosphere here was elegant, yet comfortable and warm. Really enjoyed our experience here and highly recommend for a nice occassion.
I’ll admit when The Village first demolished the old country club to make way for this new development I was a little saddened but now that I’ve had a chance to go to a few of the places in here they’re definitely an improvement. Meridian was no exception. Went here for date night it wasn’t disappointed. Our food was all perfectly proportioned and outstanding. The drinks were creative and delicious.
Went for valentines dinner and they had a prix fixe menu which was super expensive and the food was okay but very little food. Also the service was so slow. Took like 3.5 hours to get through 5 tiny portions because they took 45 min to bring out each one. And it ended up being $400 without drinks. Do not recommend.
The flavors were wonderful! But tbh, I just wish I had more on my plate lol ...the bf and I got tacos afterwards
Took over 40 mins to get sat with a reservation, they lost our reservation after checking in and sat multiple people that came in after us. After getting sat it took 10 minutes for a server to come by and another 20 minutes on top of that to get a drink. 2 courses of our 6 course meal came out before they even asked what we wanted to drink. Clearly understaffed. We were sat directly next to the violinist which had extremely bright lights shining on our table, so much so l could not look at my wife. He opened the door next to him because he was hot and a cold breeze was constantly pouring over our table. I didn't have a napkin until our second course, multiple courses were brought out before silverware, and no one seemed to know what was going on including the GM. During a set menu, at one point the GM asked how our "pasta or ravioli or duck" was because he had no clue what we had just eaten. All around terrible experience and will not be back. $400+ down the drain for the worst experience i've had in dallas.
