Great and friendly staff

My visit to Mercury Chophouse was a delightful experience that I would rate as four stars. The ambience of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, creating a perfect setting for a special dining occasion. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The menu at Mercury Chophouse offered a diverse selection of dishes, and the food was well-prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the steaks and the flavorful sides that accompanied them. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive, adding to the dining experience. While I had a great time at Mercury Chophouse and would recommend it to others, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of management should let their servers interact and share their knowledge of food and wines. Some really do enjoy the knowledge of what they’re drinking and eating. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I would happily revisit in the future.

Service and atmosphere is great, food was terrible, not seasoned lobster was rubbish, with a scent to it. Will not return to the downtown location

Server was great. Offered great suggestions and was very attentive. Laid back with live music, great atmosphere. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted great! The filet was amazing and the brussels sprouts were some of the best I have had!

We always have a great time there with the company, great food and service

Service was terrible from the female server on shift last night at 6pm , and when I left and talk to the male manager, he kept interrupting me about my complaints on her service and how she did not even serve us bread like the other tables, an he also kept patting my on my shoulder , do not ever disrespect a customer's complaint or physically touching them. Next time someone complains about bad service keep your mouth shut and listen before interrupting,

We came for a company dinner. Service was amazing, ambience was great, food was superb! Vegetarian options: They had amazing egg rolls for the veggie appetizer & the pasta was GREAT!
