Had a very dissspointing experience celebrating my son’s 30th birthday Saturday night. We were 14 people at three separate tables. My table ordered the tasting menu for 5. When it came time to get the lava cake dessert that was included, our server Dee told us that she would bring it out with ice cream. We waited and waited. No lava cake. When we asked her where it was (after 30 mins) she said that since my son (at a separate table with friends) brought cupcakes into the restaurant and they didn’t charge him a $50 cutting fee (no cutting of cupcakes was requested or done), my table would not be getting lava cake. What???? First of all, we had a separate bill for our table. Secondly, all of a sudden we weren’t getting our dessert that was paid for? And if we did get it, according to Dee, my son’s table would be charged $50???? The logic was absurd. I felt like I was in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. My table alone spent over $800 on food and drinks. My son’s table and the third table also spent a lot over the course of the evening. We left feeling like we would never return,over such a ridiculous, petty, nonsensical incident. We even asked if we could just get credited for the lava cake and were told that was not a possibility. So out of the 14 potential future customers in attendance on Saturday night, none will be returning. Do better Merchants.

This place felt a little scammy. Was given a huge menu that was like 90% not available. No steak, no “experience” menu, only a couple of cigars on the menu were actually available. Something was very off about this place. No food or cigars on a Friday night? We left.

False advertising! Had high hopes for this place but got there only to find out it’s a hole in the wall and has no experiences of any sort and on top of that, 70% of their menu doesn’t actually exist. Thought it was an upscale cigar bar but it seemed like someone’s basement.

Great vibes and workers. The drinks were top-notch, and the food was on par. Would def. Visit when I get my next cigar craving

Came to celebrate a birthday, great food, great atmosphere, our waitress Miss D was knowledgeable regarding cigars and liquor choices. Had a wonderful time!!

Service was great. Very accommodating hostesses/servers. Place is a little dumpy compared to other lounges. Food looked fantastic. Didn't eat there however.

Love the atmosphere in here and the staff was very friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Excellent ventilation and not to mention the Bartender was EXCELLENT!!! She made a Sunday evening feel like a Fri/Sat.

Excellent filtration system and a great vibe. The barmaid Dominae is an absolute delight.
