An excellent choice for authentic Greek food. If the weather allows opt for the outside dining. The enclosed courtyard captures old world charm. Our server actually listened and understood my wife’s celiac disease and verified certain entrees contained wheat. This is a place we’ll definitely dine at and recommend to friends while in Miami. Dietary restrictions: Our server listened and asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my wife’s gluten allergy then he checked with the kitchen to verify ingredients of certain dishes. He followed up and offered some modifications to her order out of consideration. That was greatly appreciated.

Vorweg - wir kommen aus Thessaloniki, Griechenland. Zunächst einmal ein Lob an den Service, die Jungs waren wirklich nett und zuvorkommend! Der Salat war lecker und die restlichen Speisen zwischen durchschnittlich bis gut. Aber der Hammer war die Retsina (geharzter Wein), wofür uns $40 berechnet wurden! Zum Vergleich: in NYC in einer guten Gegend haben wir diese für $22 getrunken. In Griechenland kostet diese nicht mal 2 Euro im Supermarkt und im Restaurant gerade mal 4-5 Euro. $40 sind absolut ungerechtfertigt und wahllos ausgewählt. Da wir auch keine Karte mit den Preisen für Getränke bekommen haben, haben wir leider auch 2 mal die Retsina bestellt - in der Annahme, es wären wir in NYC um die $22. Würden nicht nochmal hingehen.

Service and atmosphere was nice. The food was average overall. I had Greek salad with very little feta. The Moussaka was the worst I ever had! The lamb was pretty good. I told the manager about the Moussaka and to his credit he took it off my bill and gave us a free dessert. I am not looking for freebies, I would rather just have had a good meal. I will give the desert the exception, it was very good probably one of the best baklava's I have tried. My first time here maybe the chef had an off day on the Moussaka and forgot to add more than two pieces of Feta in the Greek salad. I didn't have the food experience I expected from reading the reviews. However the servers were nice and the owner/manager tried to make things right so I give that credit.

It was a wonderful evening with lovely Greek food and our waiter Neil looked after us so well. We will be returning as soon as we can. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant
