It's shocking how many times a place can mess up my order (be rude about it) and I still return. That should say something about the food and the convenience of the place (or maybe just me). They have not quite figured out how to manage the lunch crowd; so every day is extremely hectic between 11-1:30. If you go outside those hours, your service and overall experience will be much more enjoyable.

relatively soul-less fast casual spot. i go because it’s close to my office but only when i don’t have my own food from home. nothing i’ve gotten from here has satisfied me. the potato salad was offensive. today i got the avocado salad and thought, “did they put sand in this?” turns out it is “homemade superfood krunchies” and…. im unsatisfied again. ugh.

I always forget how good this place is for some reason. They knock it out of the park with really tasty, really creative sandwiches and salads. It’s sooo overpriced but it’s a solid treat every once in a while. Note that it is a bit slower than other places in the area, so make sure have about 10 mins to wait for your food after you order. If you have the time, it’s worth it. Also - get the pomegranate mint lemonade. If you’re already paying for the lunch, you won’t regret spending a bit more on that killer lemonade. Highly recommend all around. Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten-free sandwich bread- not crumbly or dry.

Great sandwiches and even better handmade drinks. I love the Basil Pesto salad. This place never disappoints.

This Mendo location consistently leaves the chicken off my salad order (avocado/quinoa salad). I don’t know if they have a problem with their system, but it’s a consistent issue. The frustrating this is that I usually quickly pick up during lunch and am back to work by the time I realize they’ve left the chicken off, and I don’t have time to go back. Address this issue please!
