Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Always welcome staff. Nice and clean . Everything is full and tasty! My favorite flavor is tart vanilla with cheesecake, Nutella and strawberry topping.

It wasn't as crowded and it was clean. Their frozen yogurt was good as usual and the girl in the register was very nice.

One star too many! DO BETTER MENCHES. We came for a treat and we left heartbroken. My SPECIAL NEEDS child had to use the restroom and we were told, per corporate, it was closed to the public because of COVID. It was suggested we buy a ticket to a movie to use their restroom. Menches you let ANYONE touch ALL your handles and spoons, but my kid can't pee OR WASH HIS HANDS - the number one way to prevent COVID? Ummmm... NO. GROSS. When they said "NO", I stepped way out of my comfort zone to tell them he had special needs... still "no". There are laws... you broke ALL OF THEM. Nobody had to pay for a ticket, this show was PAID FOR BY ALL OF YOUR WRONG DOINGS MENCHIES. For 90 minutes... right outside your door. You said "no" to a right anyone touching your dirty handles should have! THIS IS AUTISM.. this is what autism looks like that wanted Menchies but had to pee. You completely failed here MENCHIES, but for over 2 hours, my family paid the price. He wouldn't even let me come near him and I am his person. For 120 minutes he had to spiral. YOU BROKE MY KID. #gotothefunnelcakeplace - they let him pee but he didn't get it, he wanted Menchies (Older kid was in funnel cake heaven!). DO BETTER Menchies. You did this... this is the kindest photo I can share. YOU DID THIS!

Out of all the locations we been this is by far the worst! It’s depressing and dark inside. Not many flavors. Fruits are not fresh and some like lychee have gone bad. Disappointed!

If I could give Zero I would. I ordered two cups of yogurt, and paid for them. When the worker handed me the yogurts I have noticed that one of them was completely watered down, I asked for replacement the service girl said If I want a replacement I had to pay for a new yogurt. The yogurt went straight to the trash. I would never step foot in that place again. You guys are never to buy from there again
