Great atmosphere

First time coming to this place. Really welcoming vibe. Everything was perfect. Yogurt was delicious and all the toppings were fresh and amazing. The cashier Lashonda was really sweet, friendly and welcoming.

Flavors not very well stocked. Not always very clean either - place is sticky often. They need to step up the cleaning game. It’s a yogurt place so it’s requires extra effort. Also ordered through DoorDash here a couple of times recently and flavors delivered were not what I ordered. Gets 2 stars because when they do have a good flavor selection in stock, the yogurt is good.

The place is going downhill because they can. It's the only froyo place in the area. I go at 7pm once a week and they are out of half the flavors, have the chairs up and half the seating closed off. And they are open for 2 more hours, until 9pm. Oh, and the restrooms are pretty rough too. It's only good because it's Menchies, but this one isn't ran well

Stopped by the other day and tried the strawberry flavor, and I have to say, it was pretty dang good. The texture was nice and creamy, and the flavor was just the right amount of sweetness. I also loved the toppings bar - so many options to choose from! I piled on some fresh fruit and chocolate chips, and it was the perfect combo. The only downside is that there wasn’t a lot of available seating. Overall though, I had a great experience at Menchie's and would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Sadly we have been coming here for a while but the last couple times there has been only 5 flavors available. When asking the staff they don't care to help. Don't come. Not worth the time there are better places in Houston to have frozen yogurt.

Great clean location. Well stocked on everything and seating available inside as well as a bit outside. Plenty of parking.

This is our regular menchies spot and it has gone downhill. The machines aren't keeping up to pour out quality frozen yogurt and it came out like liquid. Told the employee who worked there and she basically could care less. Kinda sad bc it’s our favorite spot for frozen yogurt.
