Hoy estuve en la Barberia desde temprano. RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC ofrese sus servicios desde las 7:00 am soy Barbero professional y aprecio el Buen trato, limpieza y organización. Menchies Frozen Yogurt me ofrese los mejores dulces de la zona y con opción de elegir mi dieta. Muchas gracias Menchie’s Por sus deliciosos yogurts. Se los recomiendo a usted Su familia y amistades. FOLLOW UP 5 stars for the Managers… During our visit to Menchie’s Hialeah, my wife was attended by one of the managers, she explained our experience with the promotional point per buy, and the Manager informed that the program is active, with every buy you accumulate points. He explained that the program works and that when ever you are misleaded by the staff, you can report the name to the managers for them to take action… The Manager, reviewed the basis of the program and facilitated my wife a gift card, followed with a commitment of customer service. Again- 5 STARS for the Managers, for Menchies and for their promotional points program… ————————————————— Attention-Attention-Attention Munchies MANAGERS… Personal experience at the store. Cashiers don’t designate the points awarded per buy… The buyer has to inform he has an account and inform your phone number, to be designated the points… When the buyer pays he will not get a receipt if it’s not requested. Even when you inform the cashier of your phone number to receive the designation of the points earned. Repeatedly the points have been designated to a different account…. We request to what number have the points been designated and they say, they can’t do anything about it… Once you request a manager, they express they don’t have one available…
